Dallan Forgaill

Early Irish Christian poet and saint credited with composing 'Amra Choluim Chille' (The Eulogy of Columba), one of the oldest surviving Irish Christian poems. He represents the earliest period of Celtic Christian hymnody and poetic tradition in Ireland. His work is among the foundational texts of Irish Christian literature.
